AutoAid Breakdown Insurance Claims

All-inclusive breakdown insurance the cheap way!

If you experience a breakdown, just call our AutoAid helpline and we will arrange for the emergency roadside assistance. You will have to pay for costs and expenses yourself, safe in the knowledge we will reimburse any amounts covered by this insurance in approximately 14 days.

To make a claim, you must send the original invoice(s) together with any receipts and a completed claim form to us. The address is:
