to do if you breakdown…
If your vehicle breaks down you can call the 24 hour Rescue Control Centre on free phone, where our trained staff will deal with your request quickly.
You should have the following information available when you call:
| · | Your name and document number |
| · | The phone number (including area code) where you are calling from |
| · | The location of the broken down vehicle, including road names, numbers and landmarks. |
| · | The registration number, make, model and colour. |
You must stay with your vehicle until a rescue vehicle arrives.
